Tables used by runtime (visitors, conversations, messages, chat_events):
- Service role can manage all records
- No user-level access (public endpoints use service role)

## Helper Functions

1. **`is_super_admin(user_id)`** - Check if user is super_admin
2. **`get_user_tenant_role(user_id, tenant_id)`** - Get user's role for tenant
3. **`log_audit_event(...)`** - Log audit events with full context
4. **`validate_plan_limits()`** - Trigger function to ensure plan_limits structure
5. **`create_settings_history()`** - Trigger function for settings versioning
